Our core terms and conditions are that : 

Licences will only be granted upon prior confirmation / delivery of the following :

• Provision of two pieces of personal identification
• Payment of two months licence fee in advance (as a non refundable deposit)
• Payment of one months rent in advance
• References (if deemed necessary) and or any other relevant piece of information
